Join Our Team as an Emergency Department Coordinator/Receptionist
Are you looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced and vital healthcare setting? We are expanding our Emergency Department (ED) team and are seeking Coordinators/Receptionists to join us at both our Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells sites.
The post holder will be one of the first interactions the patient has when entering ED, you will be responsible for booking patients into the department via our IT systems, with accuracy and efficiency, liaising effectively with clinical staff, and undertake other administrative duties to support the vital functions of the ED service. A key part of the role involves precise data entry in our appointment-based systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Working Hours:
This role involves working shifts, including days and nights, which can range from 6 to 12 hours per block.
Cross-site working will be required.
