Are you a creative and results-driven Content Strategist? If so, you’re in the right place. We’re looking for an experienced Content Strategist to join our dynamic and high-performing Global Performance Marketing team.

This role sits within the teh clients global marketing team. Our marketing team takes great pride in our authentic leadership, serving customers worldwide and consistently delivering excellence. We are currently undergoing a transformation focused on customer centricity, using data, technology, and creative excellence to establish an exceptional connection with clients of all sizes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing content strategies designed to drive demand, engage target accounts and convert prospects into TQLs (tele qualified leads). You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, SDRs and product teams to deliver high-impact content that resonates with target audiences and supports acquisition.
You:
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
• Content strategy & planning
· Develop a content strategy that aligns with Account Based Marketing and Strategic Campaigns goals to drive engagement and generate leads.
· Identify target audience pain points, industry trends, and opportunities to tailor content that addresses their needs across the buyer journey.
· Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with campaign milestones and priorities.
Content creation & development
· Create compelling content assets and be at the forefront of B2B marketing content strategies. We don’t want to see more white papers. We want someone who thinks outside the box and can create content that is engaging to the audience.
· Partner with the brand team to ensure all content aligns with the tone of voice and master brand messaging.
· You will have a direct report who focusses on SEO content and together you will optimise all content for SEO and ABM personalisation tactics to maximise reach and engagement.
Campaign execution content support
· Support campaigns with customised, account-specific content that drives awareness, consideration and purchase.
· Collaborate with the campaign managers and digital growth team to amplify content through paid social, email, paid search and display.
Measurement & optimisation
· Track and report content performance metrics, including content engagement, dwell time, downloads and impact on TQL generation. Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to refine content strategies for optimal ROI.
· Stay informed of emerging trends in content marketing and buyer behaviour to inform future campaigns.
You will work closely with key stakeholders and build relationships with:
Global brand team.
Campaign Managers. Digital Growth team.
Commercial team including sales and sales development reps (SDRs).
The ideal candidate has:
· Batchelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, journalism or related field.
· Proven experience (5 years+) in content strategy, ABM, or performance marketing.
· Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across diverse content formats.
· Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyer personas.
· Proficiency in use of Marketo, Salesforce, Pathfactory and Google Analytics.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with personalisation and account-specific content is a plus.
