Key Contribution Areas:
1. Greet customers with a sincere and warm welcome, ensuring they are aware you are there to help.
2. Ask open questions to identify customers' needs.
3. Recommend, select, and locate the correct merchandise for customers' needs.
4. Provide information about in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.
5. Receive and process cash and card transactions.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and product knowledge.
7. Maintain a customer-friendly and customer-focused environment at all times.
8. Guarantee a high level of customer service at all times.
9. Educate and guide customers about Flannels, the brands, and the products we sell.
10. Offer alternatives and add-on sales as necessary.
11. Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day.
12. Comply with all Flannels policies and procedures at all times.
