Full time and permanent Administration role available with an immediate start in Hinckley.
We are excited to be recruiting for our client who is looking for an administrator to join their team. Our client is a Niche Engineering company that provides specialist installation services worldwide.
Working within the team, your main role is to provide administrative support within the office assisting the senior office administrator on a daily basis. Daily tasks include but are not restricted to: filling and data entry, typing, proofing and drafting letters, booking all travel arrangements, sales order processing, and stock control using SAGE 1000. Other duties include drafting and sending mail shots, ordering PPE, maintaining stationary levels, dealing with enquiries, and making refreshments.

Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: Depending on experience, you will be paid a salary of between £25,000 - £26,000 per year.
Working Hours: You will work Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break.

Experience & Qualifications
You must be an experienced administrator with proven experience. You will be reliable, professional, punctual, and organised. You must also be good at prioritising workloads, juggling jobs, and be an excellent team player. You will be comfortable using all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Shorthand would be an advantage.
