Service Administrator Location: Hybrid Full-Time 8-6 (37.5 hours a week) Salary DOE Our client, a leading provider of bespoke communication services, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their growing team. The Role: As a Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the service team, ensuring seamless customer experiences. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, from managing customer orders to resolving billing queries and coordinating repairs. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service will be essential in maintaining smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with placing orders and provide regular updates on progress. Ensure accurate information is provided to the procurement team for ordering equipment. Handle service cancellations, repairs, and delivery arrangements. Resolve delivery and billing queries, keeping customers informed at all stages. Produce stock reports and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.What You’ll Need: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage challenging stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ticketing systems (preferred). A results-focused mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
