We’re working with one of Manchester’s most respected independent agencies looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.

An agency with a strong heritage and a specialism of working creatively and strategically with B2B brands, they are a happy and settled team with a great culture in lovely office space in Manchester.
The Role
You’ll be working with their Head of Digital and client services team, involved in client campaigns at all stages, from brief to research, planning, execution and reporting. Responsible for delivering effective paid search and social campaigns ensuring performance metrics are achieved. You’ll manage the optimisation and continual effectiveness of paid search campaigns, as well as working with the strategy and design teams to analyse user experience and customer journeys on client sites to improve conversion rate optimisation.
You
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally agency but in-house considered. You should have a passion for all things Paid Search, as well as the customer journey and driving meaningful conversions to deliver ROI. You’ll be a digital marketing all-rounder with solid experience in delivering paid search campaigns, know your way around Google Adwords and Analytics, and be confident in delivering client reports and recommendations to continually improve results. Any experience of Paid Social and using Automation tools (Hubspot/Pardot) would be advantageous, and you’ll get lots of support to develop your skills and knowledge in new areas.
