To deliver evidence based psychological therapies with community and wellbeing service settings. To be a member of a multi-disciplinary team offering psychological thinking and consultation. To deliver clinical and therapy supervision to other psychological professions. To be part of a developing, trauma informed community mental health care for service users (SUs) and carers accessing Adult Community & Wellbeing Services. This includes; Providing highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and delivering evidence based psychological therapies. Contributing to multi-disciplinary meetings offering advice and consultation on SUs psychological care to clinical colleagues and to other, non-professional carers, and facilitating case formulation and discussion groups. To contribute to service development by utilising research skills for audit, service development and research within the service area. To provide a key role in psychological aspects of service development in service areas of primary responsibility working towards the delivery of clinical supervision to other psychological professionals. To deliver supervision to other psychological professionals.
