Job Description
As a Team Leader you will lead the day-to-day operations for a specific team, ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead, manage, and organize an outbound department team, and monitor productivity
2. Support outbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
3. Responsible for retail store allocation & replenishment and online picking, pick location storage and replenishment, packing, potential future outbound VAS, and shipping to fulfill customer expectations
4. Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way and according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
5. Guarantee optimal product availability and picking
6. Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis
7. Responsible to conduct inventory counts
8. Identify risks and issues in daily DC outbound department team and report to outbound Department Manager to support
9. resolving identified risks, issues, and follow-up
COMPETENCIES
10. Good operational DC outbound experience across Online + Stores to effectively lead operations of an outbound team
11. Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution
12. Understanding of outbound processes and garment flow
13. Good understanding of warehouse management system
14. Knowledgeable in operational outbound logistics standards, as well as department sustainability targets
15. Strong communication and coordination skills
16. Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
17. Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others
18. Agile mindset with positive attitude to change & meaningful growth
19. Inclusive & empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity

Additional Information
This is a full time permanent position.
Rotation of shift patterns 06:00 -14:30 & 14:00 - 22:30 ** must be fully flexible to work any 5 days out of 7.
** Premium rate of pay for any PM shift worked
