* Payroll Administration and Payroll Management skills
* Experience in handling Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
* Proficiency in payroll software and systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly payroll for all employees.
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
* Prepare and submit statutory filings such as tax returns, pension contributions, and end-of-year reports.
* Maintain and optimise payroll systems and software.
* Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
* Provide guidance to employees regarding payslips, tax codes, or deductions.
* Support the payroll team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and performance.
* Train and develop team members to stay updated on industry practices and regulations.
* Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
