Job Description:
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Ward Manager to work in an exceptional CAMHS service in the Charlwood, Surrey area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.
A brand new general adolescent inpatient unit for the care and treatment of young people aged 13 up to the age of 18.
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Providing leadership and guidance to support a unified service and engaged workforce.
2. Ensuring that high standards are in place, followed, and improved in accordance with the Clinical Governance framework.
3. Utilising and supervising all nursing staff effectively.
4. Being an expert resource on Nursing care of service users within the specialism and hold a key role in the multidisciplinary team.
5. Maintaining a positive and collaborative environment to allow ward members to reach their potential and maximize their ability to provide high-quality care, staff welfare, and staff training.
6. Designated to take charge of the ward.

1. A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
2. A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
3. Relevant experience in a similar environment.
4. Proven track record of leadership skills.
The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £55,000 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
