General Manager, Independent All-Day Café/Restaurant.
Lead the team and drive growth in this stylish, 60-cover neighbourhood café/restaurant, serving fresh, seasonal produce and good coffee, with a strong local customer base.
As GM, oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, customer care, staff management, hygiene, and health & safety, while maintaining the business ethos and reputation.

Requirements:

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, requiring a proactive multitasker who can run the floor and manage back-of-house office admin and paperwork, with a comfortable working relationship with the business owners.
48-hour week, over 5 days, with some evening events and private hire, Salary up to £35,000 (relevant experience + service charge).
