Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
* Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants to source and place technical candidates
* Develop extensive knowledge about recruitment processes and best practice
* Building client and candidate relationships
* Telephone, email, and LinkedIn communication with prospective candidates
* Drafting and posting job adverts
* Sourcing and screening/interviewing candidates
* Accountable for your own portfolio of assignments
* Complete data administration and utilisation of the CRM system
Requirements to be successful as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
* A strong academic background with a Degree or higher education qualification
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A confident, articulate and personable character with great communication skills.
* IT aptitude and capability with MS Office.
* You need to be detail focused and able to dissect technical information.
* A team player with and able to learn from colleagues.
* A driven profession and a desire to succeed.
* The ability to plan, prioritise and self-motivation
* Complete tasks at pace whilst being thorough and accurate.
* You also need to have endurance and resilience.
