We are seeking a Project Information Management (PIM) Data Analyst to join our dynamic eCommerce team. In this role, you will work directly with both own brand and third-party product data to ensure customer clarity and consistency. You will act as the enabler between product data and master data, play a key role in onboarding new lines, support colleagues in system usage, and proactively find faults with data and feed into system processes. The role will have hybrid working, consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Key Accountabilities Support the setup and onboarding of new product lines, ensuring consistent data quality. Act as the first line of support for issues with product data and imagery on our websites. Assist the PIM system admin with user access requests, attribute creation, validation list additions, and other system administration tasks with a focus on data quality. Support project work with product data reporting and insights into best practices. Respond to high-priority incidents quickly to prevent downtime. Frequently meet with key stakeholders to enable their vision for the data displayed on Nisbets websites. Capabilities, Skills, and Experience Required Substantial background in working with product data, including web copy, specifications, and assets (imagery, documents, and videos). Keen eye for detail with the ability to spot incorrect data. Experience using a PIM system (e.g., STEP, Riversand, Akeneo). Advanced Excel knowledge and experienced Microsoft Office user. Proven history of working well in a highly collaborative team using tools such as Trello, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and contribute to the broader team. Strong communication skills and relationship-building across various teams and stakeholders of all levels. Desirable: Data experience within retail/catering business. Desirable: Analytics experience with tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics.
