Duties & Responsibilities Answering telephone queries and taking customer orders Updating details on the CRM system Processing website orders Updating website with price changes Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Managing phone calls and emails. Maintaining accurate records and files. Managing databases and ensuring data integrity. Assisting with invoicing customers on Swiftsoft Managing petty cash and expense reports. Managing office supplies and inventory. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Person Specification A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent to include English and Math's at Grade C or above) A minimum of one years office administration experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail.
