Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie and Commis Chef at South Lodge in Brighton. The role involves assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and contributing to menu planning and development.
