We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Portsmouth working in our well known Mann estate agency.

Your role as a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator
7. Preferably an experienced sales person
8. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
9. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
10. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
13. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
