Key Responsibilities: Handling client enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses. Updating and managing internal registers and databases with accuracy. Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team. Collating information and preparing reports for various projects. Skills and Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Professional and friendly telephone manner. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident when dealing with people at all levels. Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude. Willingness to undertake a range of duties and support the team as needed.
