Provide timely S< advice, reports and programmes to be integrated within the child or young person's daily curriculum Utilise technology to enable you to update records as you go The service aims to provide an excellent standard of care that supports patients across Northamptonshire. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the service and balance clinical appointments with other responsibilities and allocate significant time for intervention in every role.
