You will be working for a large organisation in Southampton, in which you'll be operating within their divisional finance team.
Your new role
1. Creating and maintaining property records within the property database, ensuring accuracy at all times
2. Highlighting errors within the property database to the relevant departments for correction
3. Adding, removing and amending charges on tenancies when required
4. Assisting with rent and service charge calculations
5. Entering and processing data from invoices and other sources onto our accounting software
6. Providing a frontline response to customers in matters relating to rent enquiries and service charges, including telephone calls, corresponding with residents and attending resident’s meetings where required
7. Any other duties as required by the Service Charge team.
What you'll need to succeed
8. You must have full right-to-work in the UK, with prior experience working within a finance, administration or banking role.
9. Understanding of accounting / finance principles
10. A minimum of Maths and English GCSE or equivalent is required
11. High level of IT literacy and MS Excel skills
12. Confident in dealing with large volumes of data
13. Effectivemunication skills and the ability to present to a range of audiences, both financial and non-financially, through different methods
