Benefits of the role: " Hybrid working available after training completion " 25 days of leave, plus bank holidays, with additional days based on years of service " Death-in-service benefit " Employee bonus schemes Duties of a Service Administrator: " Address customer inquiries through email correspondence " Evaluate new orders and generate appropriate quotes " Update and manage job cards (both new and completed) within the companys CRM systems and SAP " Handle invoices and resolve any discrepancies " Organise travel arrangements for the engineering departments " Prepare and submit monthly reports with precision and efficiency " Ensure accurate data entry on SAP portals to support seamless operations Experience of a Service Administrator: " Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role " Proficient user of SAP " Excellent customer service skills " Strong prioritising and organisation skills " Capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment " Skilled at multi-tasking
