Lead and direct teams in a wide range of technical areas to achieve business objectives and metrics. Coordinate all first line activities (i.e. methods, production control) to assure the meeting of production schedules, goals & targets, cost goals, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout product range. To coordinate the workload for the crew and communicate expectations set at the daily production meeting. Ensure effective use of available resource and budgets.,

* Champion Flight Deck and ensure that every opportunity is exploited to utilise lean tools and techniques to drive data driven improvement activity in all areas of the department.
* Maintain compliance with GE practices and legislation as required.
College degree or some experience as Supervisor/Methods/Production Control.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the workforce.
* Ability to demonstrate people management skills in a production environment.
* Proven ability to motivate, mentor and coach employees.
* Demonstrate good judgement, interpersonal skills and initiative.
