Bar Staff - Keighley Summary East Riddlesden is a popular venue for weddings and events, and we're looking for Bar Staff that can help us provide the best possible service to each and every one of our guests. Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. Shifts can range between 1:00pm - 7:30pm or 7:30pm - 1:00am depending on events and weddings booked. Salary: 12.25 per hour Duration: This is a fixed term position until end of December 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanent position. What it's like to work here With your love of working with people, positive attitude and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our bar. Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure you are punctual, organised and that all drinks are served to a high standard. You'll work closely with the other bar staff and wedding team, creating a positive working environment. You must hold a full UK drivers license to apply for this role. Most of our locations are not accessible by public transport and therefore we encourage you to consider how you would commute here before you apply. What you'll be doing As Bar Staff, you will contribute to all of the bar operations, ensuring you help weddings and events to run smoothly. You’ll contribute to reaching our business targets, have excellent organisation skills, be friendly to customers, and provide a professional level of service. You will respond well to tasks delegated by the Bar Manger, you’ll need to have a positive, can do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile. You do not need to have previous experience to apply for this role. You’ll develop a mixed skill base, from learning how to run a bar and cellar, to gaining experience with people facing roles and mixology.
