As we continue to strive for success at Origin, we are looking to hire Key Account Managers who will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding key partner relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a natural relationship builder with a knack for understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities of a Key Account Manager includes but is not limited to: Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring consistent and meaningful communication. Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders. Deeply understand client objectives, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions that maximize value.Strategic Account Management Develop and execute account plans that align with client needs and company objectives. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing innovative solutions. Monitor account performance and address potential risks or issues proactively.Sales & Revenue Growth Utilize data-driven insights to uncover growth opportunities and enhance client engagement. Negotiate contracts and close deals that provide value for both clients and the company.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to ensure seamless service delivery. Offer insights on product and service enhancements based on client feedback. Drive key client initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.Reporting & Insights Maintain comprehensive records of account activities in CRM systems. Regularly update the Sales Manager on account performance, opportunities, and challenges. Analyze market trends and client feedback to shape strategy and guide decision-making. What we're looking for: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software/OSS. Problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute detailed account plans Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue growth. Minimum of 3-5 years in sales or account management, preferably within the building materials industry. GCSE or equivalent grade A-C in Maths and English.
