We welcome your application to our Procurement Manager vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
1. Relevant procurement experience, including supplier negotiation, tendering, and contract management.
2. Maintain a customer-centric focus with a growth mindset to manage various and sometimes conflicting priorities and challenges.
3. Skilled in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, building strong supplier relationships, and monitoring Service Level Agreements.
4. Utilise logic and proven methodologies to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; able to identify hidden issues and look beyond the obvious to avoid stopping at the first answer.
5. Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance in line with contractual KPIs.
6. Provide robust relationship management to maximise influence over suppliers, particularly to seek innovation through existing relationships and agreements.
