You'll design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions that drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and empower data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. You'll work across teams to improve processes, automate key functions, and leverage the latest tools to optimise our technology infrastructure. What You'll Do: Technology Development & Security Develop and enhance business-critical technology solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency. Uphold best practices in software development, data security, and system integration. Identify and mitigate risks related to technology development, ensuring compliance with governance and security policies. Collaboration & Process Improvement Improve workflows and automation by leveraging advanced tools such as Microsoft Fabric REST APIs, Power Platform, and R Studio. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices. Leadership & Mentoring Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Support the professional development of team members through coaching and technical leadership. Lead by example in problem-solving, technical excellence, and strategic thinking. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work alongside leadership and other teams to drive key technology initiatives forward. What You'll Bring: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, system architectures such as Azure, and quality assurance practices. Experience using APIs to connect platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, and SQL Server for seamless data exchange and process automation. Strong SQL skills, including writing advanced queries, optimizing performance, and integrating SQL databases with R Studio or Excel for analytics workflows. Ability to build low-code applications and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating them with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Fabric. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and finance systems such as Workday (HCM & Finance), Workbooks, SAGE, and SAP.
