Job Title: Facilities Assistant
Location: Waterloo Lodge School, Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £13,650.00 per annum (£12.50 per hour)
Hours: 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday mornings (06:45-08:30), afternoons (Monday to Thursday 15:00-17:30, Friday 14:15-16:30)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time, 52 weeks

We're looking for a proactive individual to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining the school site and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate should be passionate, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct repairs and maintenance across the school.
* Manage general housekeeping tasks and maintain the grounds.
* Ensure site safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Support oversight of fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
* Open and close the school site.
Essential Requirements:
* Full UK driver's license.
* Previous experience in maintenance.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
