Main duties of the job The post holder will provide clinical oversight and support to a team of care navigators monitoring standards and developing staff through a robust and regular clinical supervision. They will be able to manage the coordination of complex care needs engaging appropriately with Education, Health & Social Care Teams and the voluntary sector to reduce avoidable crisis while young people wait to be allocated for therapeutic interventions. They will be able to offer clinical reviews of young people's mental health to support the wellbeing of young people whilst they are waiting, co-ordinating and escalating with team leads when necessary.
