We are currently looking for experienced Full-Time, Senior Healthcare Assistants to join the team in their Coatbridge based Care Home where theservice offers care for residents with a varying range of medical conditions. You should be a qualified Senior Carer with a valid SVQ3 or equivalent with experience in the administration of medication and staff supervision, whilst being able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills working as part of a care team. You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision as well as demonstrating procedures to and supervise SSSC registered care staff. Additionally, you will also direct, coordinate and supervise, the work of other staff within the unit to promote best practice in relation to resident care. Requirements: SSSC registered SVQ Level 3 or equivalent PDA Medication or equivalent/ PDA Supervision or equivalent Previous experience at Senior level Ability to work effectively as part of a care team All staff are highly-qualified and up-to-date with care sector developments and regulatory issues.
