The Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee the marketing department, ensuring its success through strategic leadership, innovative ideas, and seamless execution of campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, developing departmental structures, and mentoring a talented junior team. Key Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of the marketing department (team of 5) consisting of e-commerce, website, email, social media, and design. Providing strategic direction and leadership to align with HONA’s goals.
2. Create and manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
3. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment by hosting brainstorming sessions, encouraging team-led initiatives, and celebrating creative successes.
4. Mentor and nurture team members by offering structured training sessions, one-on-one development plans, and regular performance reviews.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
1. Develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
2. Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
3. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (e.g., purchasing, sales, warehouse) to ensure seamless execution of launches and initiatives.
Project Management
1. Develop clear and accessible project timelines, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
2. Introduce and implement proven systems and workflows to enhance team efficiency and campaign success.
3. Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Brand and Content Development
1. Ensure all marketing materials meet HONA’s high-quality standards and align with brand identity.
2. Leverage data and insights to identify market opportunities and refine campaign strategies.
3. Maintain HONA’s position as a market leader by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
1. Conduct post-campaign analysis, presenting findings and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
2. Use performance data to inform future campaigns and continuously improve results.
Requirements
Experience
1. Proven track record in marketing management, social media management, campaign execution, successful product launches, and departmental leadership.
2. Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced brand environment, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
3. Demonstrated success in mentoring and growing junior teams.
