SEN Teaching Assistant - Bromley, London
We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are seeking full-time work to start as soon as possible.
Location: Bromley, London
Salary: £85-£100 per day dependent on experience
Free CPD training and support from an experienced SEN Consultant will be provided.
Role Overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be directed by the Class Teacher to support children on a 1:1 or small group basis. You will work alongside other SEN Teaching Assistants, making teamwork and communication essential skills. Class sizes will be small, ranging from approximately 4-8 children. The day will focus on life skills as well as appropriately targeted academic content. You may also assist with the delivery of therapies outlined in the children's Education Health and Care Plans, and some schools may require assistance with personal care.

Requirements for the Role:
* Experience working with children or adults with SEN needs (desirable but not essential)
* Team player
* Empathetic
* Clear communicator
* Hold an Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
Summary of the Role:
* Monday-Friday
* 8.30am-3.30pm
* Term-time only
* 32.5 hours per week
* Bromley, London; ability to travel is advantageous
* £85-£100 per day dependent on experience and qualifications
