About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide vital support to children with a range of learning, behavioural, and emotional needs. Working closely with the teaching team, you will help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive. What You’ll Do: Support students with special educational needs both in and outside the classroom. Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Encourage students to engage in lessons, develop social skills, and build confidence. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by working collaboratively with staff and parents. Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and well-being. About You: Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is highly desirable. A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to tailor support to individual needs.
