Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer. The IT Support Engineer role is offered as a permanent full-time position (office based no remote working).
Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 pa + bonus
Hours: 10am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours pw)
Location: Erith

IT Support Engineer key requirements
The role is to assist the IT Manager to ensure the company’s internal IT systems (hardware and software) are functioning and operational 24/7.
IT Support Engineer Skills and Attributes required:
To be considered for the IT Support Engineer role you must have:
1. experience in IT support c100 users
2. have an IT related qualification or studying towards this
3. B2B website development (ecommerce)
* Proficient PC skills required e.g
* MS Office
* Office 365
* Windows
* Installing and configuring PCs
* Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work within timescales.
* Ability to communicate effectively across all functions.
* Basic Network connectivity (LAN)
* Problem Solving and fault finding.
* Data analysis / reporting (desirable)
* App support
