About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record working as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality fresh food setting. They will also have experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients. Additionally, they will be able to run a section and mentor junior team members. Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
