Our client is a leading provider of environmental compliance and sustainability solutions. A vacancy currently exists for an Environmental Compliance Advisor to play a key role in delivering the company’s core business – compliance solutions. The role presents opportunities for the individual to be involved in cross-departmental work and gain knowledge in other areas of the business, allowing the individual to expand and develop their skill sets.
The Environmental Compliance Advisor will work as part of a team of advisors as the initial point of contact for customers, providing the required level of response in a professional and efficient manner. Travel to customer meetings and external events is encouraged within the role.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Degree qualified candidates with ‘hands on’ customer contact experience.
2. Excellent customer focus and outstanding interpersonal skills.
3. Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
4. An interest or experience in environmental issues is desirable.
This role is split between working from home and working from the company’s office in the West Midlands.
