Role and Responsibilities
1. Delivery of a range of Risk, Operational and Finance audits/projects.
2. Review findings with management and collaborate on action plans.
3. Provide regular and timely reporting to management that is meaningful, concise, and accurate.
4. Assess risk and communicate the potential impact to strategic goals of the Company.
5. Facilitate cross-functional interaction to ensure adequate risk mitigation action plans.
6. Establish self as a risk resource to senior executives.
7. Drive Internal Audit function's internal improvement activities.
8. Partner with cross-functional groups to drive collaboration.
9. Identify best practice opportunities in the business.
10. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
11. Serve as a key project team member on cross-functional projects.
12. Support the VP Internal Audit with Audit & Compliance Committee and other Board reporting.
What You'll Bring
1. ACA / ACCA / IIA / CISA qualification.
2. 10+ years of relevant experience.
3. 6+ years of supervisory experience required.
4. Experience in biotech or pharma industry and multinational organization is a plus.
5. Experience of Global ERP is a plus.
6. Knowledge of business operations, finance, IT, and project management.
7. Managerial experience supervising multi-task teams.
8. Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion.
9. Ability to influence thinking and/or gain acceptance of others.
10. Quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences.
11. Drive team engagement with analytics and cultivate a data-driven mindset.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills.
13. An inquisitive mind and the ability to work effectively with multiple functions.
