Pulse Fitness is looking for someone to join our Assembly Team to build commercial fitness equipment, fully test equipment, and ensure that the machine is 100% defect-free before being dispatched to the customer (full training provided).
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensure every machine is built and refurbished from start to finish and of high-quality build.
2. Obtain good time management skills while ensuring correct prioritisation of work schedules to meet customer requirements.
3. Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation while observing Health & Safety in the workplace.
4. Complete Standard Operating Procedures for each process.
5. Report to the Production Manager.
6. Fit and assemble components to meet production requirements.
7. Work well both in a team and individually.
8. Maintain high assembly standards in accordance with the Product Quality Checklists and report any new issues to the Assemble Team Leader.
9. Repair faulty fitness equipment and minimize Out of Box failures to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
10. Keep all records and necessary paperwork accurate and up to date.
11. Prepare and spray paint various fitness equipment.
12. Install all commercial fitness equipment in line with company standards and health & safety regulations.
13. Complete all commissioning checks on equipment.
14. Build non-Pulse equipment when required.
15. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles supplied by Pulse in good working order.
16. Report any faults, breakages, or equipment failures to your line manager.
17. Support the company in working towards ISO9001 / BS / EN957 standards.
18. Perform any other job necessary to meet company requirements.
