As a SAFe Agile Scrum Program Manager, you will: Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals. Work with leading-edge technologies. A week in the life of a SAFe Agile Scrum Program Manager: Serves as the Agile Team Lead. Coordinate all activities required to complete each user story as defined in the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done. Work with Product Owner to decompose user stories and identify story acceptance criteria. Identify all tasks required to complete each story. Show traceability and dependencies among requirements (Epics, Themes, Stories, and Tasks) and systems; facilitate scrum and agile events. Collaborate with the technical personnel for metrics reporting. Support product roadmap development. Leverage roadmap to organize the Backlog and prioritize work. Deliver monthly report summarizing the number of new, active and closed requirements. Facilitate all sprint planning meetings. Requirements Active Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline Three (3) years plus in SAFe and Agile Implementation and Coaching Experience in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle (e.g., analysis, design, development, testing and deployment), leading and managing Agile scrums, decomposing requirements into user stories, and leading daily sprint activities. Skilled in the current versions of baseline Microsoft products (Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and professional communication via written, telephonic, interpersonal, and electronic means.
