Reed HR are seeking an HR Administrator to support our clients Human Resources department on a 9-12 month fixed term contract. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. Hours: 37.5 a week Hybrid role: 2 days WFH, 3 days in Epsom office Day-to-day of the role: Organise and maintain personnel records. Update internal databases, recording absences like sick or maternity leave. Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides. Revise company policies to ensure legal compliance. Liaise with external partners. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates. Answer employee queries about HR-related issues. Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information, such as leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms. Participate in HR projects, like e.g. organising job fairs. Skills & Qualifications: Computer literacy, especially with MS Office applications. Previous HR experience. Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects. Strong communication skills, both over the phone, via email, and in person.
