Job: E-commerce Assistant

Location: Bury (full time office based)

Salary: Up to £24,500

We are partnering with a growing retailer in Bury, who are looking for their first Ecommerce Assistant to join their team.

The family-owned business has been established for over 30 years, with over 150 stores and concessions throughout the UK and Ireland. You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team, which will provide you with exposure into both the worlds of e-commerce and digital marketing.

You will work closely with both the Head of Ecommerce and the Ecommerce Trading Manager, supporting with the day-to-day maintenance and performance of the website.

Responsibilities will include;

* Support with uploading products onto the website, ensuring both product descriptions and assets are accurate and kept up-to-date
* Conduct website optimisation and basic SEO including keyword research, image optimisation and competitor analysis
* Support the team with planning and implementing social media strategies
* Assist with product listings on Marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and Debenhams
* Utilise Google Analytics to analyse website performance
* Ad-hoc support with photo shoots
