Your experience
* Experience with ticket-based support environments
* Diagnostic & support capabilities within an Android OS enviroment - including tablet & phone configuration and MDM use
* S/W support experience an advantage but certainly not essential
* Experience supporting a Vending Locker environment an advantage
* Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
Your role
As part of broader, yet highly committed support team, you will work directly onsite to provide dedicated support services for deskside and print. You are fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager, your Team Leader and of course, your colleagues in every aspect of your work with the client.
Onsite, you will help support and maintain a Walk-up Bar and Tech Vending Kiosk for users on-site. This is predominately supporting a predominately Android OS-based environment - phones, tablets et al. and provides the users with a highly flexible and wide range of technology.
You will be assigned various IT tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service - leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face - a job well done.
