Care Coordinator
Avid Care is a small but fast-growing care company based in West London. With a strong leadership team, we require a Care Coordinator at the heart of business operations to deal with the day-to-day management of business logistics.
Main Duties:
1. Coordinate and schedule the delivery of care to clients.
2. Create and optimise staff rotas ensuring efficient service.
3. Develop and review care plans and risk assessments for clients.
4. Ensure all mandatory paperwork is in place within a timely fashion.
5. Visit clients, check on the quality of care, overall well-being, and ensure supervisory documentation is completed to CQC standards (Reviews).
6. Manage a team of domiciliary carers, overseeing mandatory compliance (Recruitment) and monitoring carers' well-being (Supervisions & Training) and competency (Spot Checks and MCA’s).
7. Ensure standards of care are maintained to a CQC Good Standard.
8. Work closely with the Care Manager to support clients and carers, demonstrating robust safeguarding instincts with the ability to follow procedures and policies.
9. Collaborate with the Field Supervisor and Systems Coordinator to ensure that high standards of care are maintained to a CQC ‘GOOD’ standard.
10. Report to the Care Manager, Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, and Directors to deliver the growth targets for the business.
11. Participate in the on-call rota to be the first point of contact for clients or carers and to record and report any issues/emergencies whilst on call.

* Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate others.
* Understanding of company policies/procedures and CQC regulations.
* Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
