Interim Commercial Finance Business Partner

Elevation Recruitment is partnering with a key client to find an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be ready to hit the ground running, providing critical financial support and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Align financial reporting with business goals
Analysing performance before and after implementation, as well as tracking ongoing progress
Provide analysis and insights to support better financial and commercial decision-making
Generate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis to monitor business performance
Assist in creating and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
Collaborate with operational managers to streamline budgeting and financial reporting processes
Investigate discrepancies between forecasts, budgets, and actual results, and offer recommendations for improvement
Foster strong partnerships with senior management and key departments across the business
Play a supporting role in various finance-led initiatives, including system upgrades, investment evaluations, and preparing presentations for senior leadership
Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, improving efficiency, and upgrading reporting systems
Influence and guide stakeholders using data-driven insights to support effective decision-making
Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends, create reports, and present findings clearly and concisely
Key Skills:
Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ ACA) or QBE
Good working knowledge of Excel and working with large sets of data
Knowledge of Process Manufacturing would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
