Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an HR Advisor to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of HR with HR initiatives, guidance and administration.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £42,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus a monthly car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, health cash plan, pension contributions, plus more! This role is full-time and permanent. Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining employee records and managing the new starter administration process, including issuing offer letters and contracts, obtaining relevant ID and assigning onboarding training.
* Managing the leaver administration process, including relevant teams and liaising with the Line Managers.
* Maintaining up to date records for mandatory training, performance and development reviews.
* Supporting the hiring managers with creating s and coaching on effective recruitment and selection techniques.
* Supporting on various HR initiatives and projects.
* Providing coaching on employee lifecycle, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and ensuring employment law best practice.
* Collating data and statistics to identify trends and raising any issues to the Head of HR.
* Supporting the finance manager with payroll checks and submissions.
The ideal candidate:
* Must be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified
* Will need a full UK drivers license and be prepared to travel between Hungerford and Southwest London
* Must have been working within a fast-paced HR private sector environment previously and have strong communication skills.
