Their Marketing Director is a Partner at the firm & the function has a real say in the direction of the business. Your new role As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating and delivering marketing plans that support the wider firm’s objectives & work closely with fee-earning teams to deliver tailored & targeted multichannel campaigns with end-to-end responsibility. You’ll manage a team of Execs & Assistants & work closely with leadership. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the City of London with a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement. What you’ll need to succeed You’ll have previous experience in a similar role within professional services & be able to demonstrate effective experience working with Partners in a partnership/LLP environment. Previous line management experience is essential. You’ll have a track record of contributing to growth, commercial acumen, and creativity in spades, exceptional stakeholder management skills and see opportunities, not problems. What you’ll get in return You’ll get a competitive annual salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience.
