We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Electrical Engineer who will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at various client premises. The Electrical Engineer will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times, interacting professionally with our clients and tenants as required.
The Mobile Electrical Engineer will undertake:
* Planned Maintenance of the Building Engineering Services, ensuring compliance with specifications, PPM, schedules, and procedures.
* Respond to emergency call-out requests to ensure clients’ systems are maintained without disruption.
* Conduct tasks in accordance with Apleona Technical Services Quality Assurance Systems and comply with Health and Safety Protocol.
* Operate the contract proactively to minimize difficulties with building environmental systems.
* Utilize all communication channels to keep both the client and the Company informed of relevant information.
* Recognize the importance of energy management and operate the contract to benefit the long-term interests of the customer.
* Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers of other disciplines to ensure efficient operation of the plant/area.
Skills & Experience:
* BS7671 18th Edition
* Electrical CompEx Ex01R – Ex04R (desirable, but not essential)
* Knowledge and experience in maintaining Pumps/Motors/Control systems
* Experience in the Petroleum industry (advantageous)
* Full UK Driving Licence
We’ll provide you with full training once you start and ensure that you have everything you need to excel in the role. You should already have experience working in a similar environment.
