Your new role My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join and support a local government organisation in two locations on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10-4pm. A fantastic opportunity if you have an interest / passion for history or enjoy going to museums.Key duties include: To ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to and report any issues to the Centre Manager/appropriate teams Record all accidents / incidents in line with the organisation's policies Where required, respond to out-of-hours alarms and emergency call-outs as keyholder Organising and running daily activities Dealing with customer complaints and queries What you'll need to succeed Experience of working in a customer-facing role Experience working in a similar role desirable - Duty Manager, department manager or supervisory role Experience of dealing with queries and complaints is essential.
