Immediate Starts Available Duties: Update and maintain accurate records on the database. Recognise and report adverse events in accordance with SOP and within specified timeline. Ensure all deliveries are scheduled accurately Rotate within the department to ensure knowledge Maintain and update knowledge of regulatory requirements using departmental notifications. Support and assist Administrators in the team with tasks and duties sharing good working practices in line with SOPs. Act as a 1st line escalation point for administrators within the department. Assist with the achievement of KPI’s both internal and external Support with any other administration duties as required and when requested by line manager to ensure the smooth running of the department. Comply with all data privacy requirements to protect confidentiality. Requirements: Excellent telephone manner. Must have excellent organisational skills, show initiative and be proactive. Must have a good eye for detail, be able to work well under pressure, and be a quick learner. Must be able to build effective working relationships with Senior Managers and their support staff. Must appreciate the need for retaining confidentiality. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm Expected hours: 37.5 per week
