Handle customer calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism. Process orders accurately and promptly. Prepare insightful performance reports. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain seamless communication across all departments and with customers. Update customer pricing and onboard new customers proactively. Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of Customer Services & Telesales for optimal workflow. Set clear objectives and KPIs for your team. Recommend and implement initiatives to boost customer retention and engagement. Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Prepare essential reports for sales and operations meetings. Represent Customer Services at key sales meetings. Provide expertise in order processing and system problem-solving. Ensure daily call sheets are completed and maintain high service levels for key accounts. What We’re Looking For: 5 years of experience in a busy SOP office with telesales and customer service activities. GCSE education (Grade B in English and Maths) or GCSE ‘A’ level education. 2 years of supervisory experience. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective time management.
