Job Description
About the job
The Project Producer (PP) role involves working collaboratively alongside the Project Lead (PL) in launching, managing and delivering successful projects.
Our Project Producers are responsible for the end-to-end project management process on medium to large projects (predominantly qual); from internal kick off, project administration, to managing recruitment, timelines and the project budget, and are essential to the successful running of the business.
They help support the Project Lead on coordinating the project team, but also have wider commercial responsibilities from project costings, billing information, and accruals.
There is one overarching principle that should guide the PP in everything they do; deliver the project on time and within budget.
We expect Project Producers to be independent, proactive, able to spot problems and find solutions, have strong communication and organisation skills, and able to work at pace and under pressure.

* Design the fieldwork schedule and arrange travel where required
