Burnham Beeches Hotel is a 4-star hotel Georgian Hotel hidden amongst 10 acres of beautiful gardens in the Buckinghamshire countryside. The hotel boasts 82 bedrooms, a leisure club, extensive conference and banqueting facilities and a restaurant.
The hotel is busy throughout the year, with a focus on hosting both leisure and corporate guests for a variety of events. From private family functions, engagement parties, baby showers and weddings to product launches, conferences, board meetings, away days and more, we deliver a little stately service, with a lot of personality.

Due to be completed Winter 2024, Burnham Beeches Hotel is undergoing a beautiful transformation which has already started! Refreshments will take place across the hotel from our suites and bedrooms in the original Manor House through to the Reception and other public areas, staying in keeping with the Manor House's fantastic heritage and historical features.
This exciting project will see the hotel realised as the first of a new brand concept (more to come on this!) as well as delivering a striking environment for our guests to indulge in exceptional experiences

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Spa Therapist
The ideal candidate for Senior Spa Therapist:
The Senior Spa therapist will be working with some of the best products by Temple Spa to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests in terms of luxurious treatments and lifestyle advice. The Senior Spa therapists responsibilities include management of spa team, skin analyses, giving massage treatments and using temporary hair removal techniques.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and organised individual with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. To be successful in this role you should have experience with beauty therapies, team management, and good knowledge of skin and body care products. Ultimately you will increase guest satisfaction and boost our company's reputation by providing professional beauty services.
Duties include:
Carrying out of treatments as per protocol to the highest standard
Ensure all departmental administration is undertaken to the required standard.
Monitor key departmental controls. This will include control of costs through correct stock ordering and minimising wastage, forecasting, and managing workload.
Sell spa treatments and recommend future treatments so as to drive profitability of spa facilities
Ensure effective Health and Safety standards
Manage spa team. This will involve management of schedules, timesheets, as well general team management
Provide manicures and pedicures
Give various types of facial and body massage
Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
Update client records with contact details and treatments received
Provide advice on skincare products and techniques based on each client's needs
Ensure all working areas are clean and equipment is sterilised before use
The ideal candidate for the Beauty Therapist position should:
Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role
Hands-on experience with massages, hair removal techniques and face therapies
Up-to-date with cosmetic trends and skincare products
Excellent customer service abilities
Minimum of NVQ level 3 qualification
Previous knowledge and experience with Temple Spa products is desirable
Ability to manage a small team
Excellent treatment standard
